Dee K leads the kitchen at The Leura Hotel with skill and dedication. She specialises in grill cookery, pan work, and pizzas from our combi oven. Since joining in 2023, Dee has brought consistency and quality to our bistro menu, earning the trust of our regulars and visitors alike. She takes pride in getting the fundamentals right — a well-cooked steak, a perfectly seared fish, a pizza with the right balance of flavours. Her approach is straightforward: good ingredients, proper technique, and food that tastes like it was made with care.
